TIME TRANSIT OPERATORS. B. A Part-Time Operator with accrued vacation hours may select five- day blocks of vacation at the pick. A request for a five-day block of vacation/leave submitted between picks must be submitted at least fourteen (14) days prior to the starting date.

TIME TRANSIT OPERATORS. B. Part-Time Operators who require route, equipment, coach, and/or tunnel qualification or other training as a result of a Part-Time Operator pick or move-up must arrange to qualify before the effective date of the assignment and will be paid at the applicable rate of pay. For a move-up, METRO will determine the number of equipment/facility qualification slots available. When all slots are filled, an Operator not qualified on such equipment/facility may not move to an assignment that requires such qualification.
TIME TRANSIT OPERATORS. A. If regular or report assignments become vacant, less senior Operators at the base may request a move-up. An Operator who moves up must pick the entire assignment of the Operator who vacated the run or report. If a Regular Operator moves up to a report assignment, such Operator will be placed at the bottom of the day board. An Extra Board Operator who moves up to a report assignment will remain on his/her picked board position. If new Extra Board RDO combinations become available, Extra Board Operators at the base who could not have picked these RDO combinations may choose the new RDO combinations. Operator move-ups will be conducted only when they can be implemented at least twenty-eight (28) days prior to a shake-up.

The cutoff time for calling to be removed from the sick list, and for signing the day off book for time off, is 10:00 a.m. Should an Operator report sick after 10:00 a.m., s/he may retain his/her following day’s full assignment by calling off the sick list at least one hour prior to the start of the next day’s full assignment, or prior to 10:00 a.m., whichever comes first.
TIME TRANSIT OPERATORS. 4. A PTO may be assigned to work halves of combos, specials and shake-up reliefs after the work has been assigned to available FTOs in accordance with Article 15, Section 8, Paragraph F.8. Such work will be assigned first to Full-Time Extra Board Operators, then via the FTO overtime assignment sequence. Any remaining unassigned work may be assigned to the ATL.

  • Operators Any and all Operators of the Equipment shall be duly experienced, trained and qualified to operate Equipment of this type.   • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.

  • Scope and Order Placement These terms may be used by Customer either for a single Order or as a framework for multiple Orders. In addition, these terms may be used on a global basis by the parties’ “Affiliates”, meaning any entity controlled by, controlling, or under common control with a party. The parties can confirm their agreement to these terms either by signature where indicated at the end or by referencing these terms on Orders. Affiliates participate under these terms by placing orders which specify product or service delivery in the same country as the HP Affiliate accepting the Order, referencing these terms, and specifying any additional terms or amendments to reflect local law or business practices.

  • Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner Notice Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each notify the other Party, first orally and then in writing, of the release of any Hazardous Substances, any asbestos or lead abatement activities, or any type of remediation activities related to the Large Generating Facility or the Attachment Facilities, each of which may reasonably be expected to affect the other Party. The notifying Party shall: (i) provide the notice as soon as practicable, provided such Party makes a good faith effort to provide the notice no later than twenty-four hours after such Party becomes aware of the occurrence; and (ii) promptly furnish to the other Party copies of any publicly available reports filed with any Governmental Authorities addressing such events.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Scope of Work and Responsibilities The Connecting Transmission Owner will design, construct, own, operate and maintain all Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities, except as otherwise stated above and in the Project Specific Specifications. The Connecting Transmission Owner will complete all engineering reviews, field verifications and witness testing, etc. in accordance with the ESBs and the Project Specific Specifications. Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the revenue metering CT/PT units and meter socket enclosure. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall:  provide, run, and wire both ends of the color-coded cable for the revenue metering instrument transformer secondary wiring;  perform all terminations; and  supply and install the meter. The revenue meter may require a communications link to the RTU. The Connecting Transmission Owner will specify and run those communications cables. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall complete all wiring, testing and commissioning of the RTU.

  • BUYER'S FACILITIES 1. Buyer will maintain at its own expense facilities from the delivery point to the point of use and the burners and equipment for using gas, and Buyer will at all times keep gas-using equipment on said premises in a condition conforming with such reasonable rules and regulations as may be prescribed therefore by regulatory authority having jurisdiction thereover and with the requirements of any valid law thereto appertaining. In the event that rules are not prescribed by a regulatory authority, Buyer will abide by codes as used in the gas industry.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager. The County is not required to provide any additional information, reason or rationale in the event it The County is not required to provide any additional information, reason or rationale in the event it requires the removal of Contractor’s Project Manager from providing further services under the Contract.

  • Contracted Services The Employer agrees that all work coming under the jurisdiction of this Union, in the certified area, performed by anyone, on behalf of, or at the direction of the Employer, directly or indirectly under the Contract or sub-Contract, shall be performed by employees who are members of this Union or employees who shall become members. The terms and conditions of employment for all of these employees will be those set out in this Collective Agreement and all employees will be covered under the terms and conditions of a single Collective Agreement.

  • Operator The Optionee shall be the operator for purposes of developing and executing exploration programs.
