TIMING OF EVALUATION. 7.3.1 Probationary employees shall be evaluated at least once in their probationary period. 7.3.2 Regular employees will be evaluated at least once in every three (3) year period. 7.3.3 Sessional and casual employees may be evaluated once in every academic year at the discretion of the Employer and at least once in every three year period. 7.3.4 The employee may request an evaluation at any time. 7.3.5 An evaluation may be initiated when, in the judgment of the appropriate administrator, there are specific reasons to give cause for concern about an employee's performance.
