TIMING OF EVALUATION. The frequency of evaluations will ensure that the highest standards of performance are being maintained, and will be guided by the following: a) all new Employees will be evaluated once in their first year of employment; b) in subsequent years, data and information on each OLFM’s performance will continue to be collected by methods determined by the system of evaluation for OLFMs; and c) each OLFM will receive a report on his/her performance every two (2) years, or more often if a serious problem with the Employee’s performance has been identified. If an Employee is not evaluated in the time period specified his/her performance will be deemed satisfactory.
