TITLE AND INCIDENCE. This Core Agreement and Appendix shall be known as the Huntsman Botany Collective Agreement (with Associated Appendix) and shall be binding on, Huntsman and the Australian Workers Union (AWU) in respect of all employees engaged by Huntsman at the Botany Site within the classifications listed in appendix 2 “Huntsman Botany Classifications and Salaries”.   • Accident and Incident Investigations An accident, injury, critical injury, or hazardous situation will be investigated in accordance with the CJHSC’s investigation protocol.

  • Area of Potential Effects a. For standing structures not adjacent to or located within the boundaries of a National Register listed or eligible district, Qualified staff may define the APE as the individual structure when the proposed Undertaking is limited to its repair or rehabilitation (as defined in 36 CFR § 68.3(b)).

  • Reporting Incidents The Interconnection Parties shall report to each other in writing as soon as practical all accidents or occurrences resulting in injuries to any person, including death, and any property damage arising out of the Interconnection Service Agreement.

CONTRACTOR agrees to give notification of any beach of unsecured DHCS PI 29 and PII or security incident in accordance with subparagraph F, of the Business Associate Contract, 30 Exhibit B to the Agreement.
