Common use of TITLE AND SCOPE Clause in Contracts

TITLE AND SCOPE. This agreement shall be known as the NGC Refrigeration Services and CEPU Commercial Refrigeration Sector Enterprise Agreement 2003 - 2006. The Agreement shall apply to all employees of the enterprise primarily employed for on-site building and construction work and to employees performing service work, provided that clauses, conditions and allowances contained herein pertaining to installation/on-site building and construction work shall not be applicable to service work/employees while engaged on service work.
