Title Registration. Dealer shall complete all forms and documents necessary to properly perfect the security interest of Lender in the Collateral at the time of sale and forward them together with the appropriate fees to those public officials who are responsible for issuing the certificate of title, registrations and/or otherwise recording liens, and shall be responsible for having Lender listed as first lien holder on the certificate of title. When a Contract is presented to Lender for purchase, it must be accompanied by a temporary title receipt for the Collateral, which evidences Lender's security interest. Dealer will reimburse Lender for any loss incurred because of failure to properly perfect the security interest of Lender in the Collateral.
