ORDINANCES To obey and comply with and to indemnify the Landlord against the breach of all ordinances, regulations, bylaws, rules and requirements of any Governmental or other competent authority relating to the Tenant's use and occupation of the Premises or any other act, deed, matter or thing done, permitted, suffered or omitted therein or thereon by the Tenant or any employee, agent or licensee of the Tenant and to notify the landlord forthwith in writing of any notice received from any statutory or public authority concerning or in respect of the Premises or any services supplied thereto.
