Facial Coverings. All Contractor employees working on institution grounds are required to wear an approved facial covering at all times. Contractors are advised that mask requirements at each institution or facility may vary, such as N95 masks being required and provided at certain locations) and as such, the requirements for that institution must be followed. Additionally, institutions or facilities may update their requirements in which case the Contractor’s employees must adhere to such updated requirements. The Contractor agrees that if a Contractor employee is turned away from the institution gate due to displaying symptoms of COVID-19, or for not complying with the above requirements, the Contractor will not be compensated for the visit and another Contractor employee must be dispatched immediately to ensure Contractor’s adherence to the contract requirements.

Facial Coverings. Regardless of vaccination status, all Participants should wear facial coverings any time they are not in their assigned room or unit.
Facial Coverings. Centre Agents are encouraged to wear properly fitting facial coverings when indoors around other people. While engaged in work for The Centre, Centre Agents shall wear properly fitting facial coverings when and where required by (a) government ordinance; (b) Centre clients while working at a client’s facility, and (c) third-party venues in which Centre projects take place. Refer to the California Department of Public Health recommendations for more information about facial coverings.3

Facial Coverings. All individuals in Cordova must wear a mask, bandanna or other type of cloth protective covering over their nose and mouth when entering a building open to the public, in the harbor on docks and ramps, when pumping gas or using gas station amenities, and in any other settings where social distancing of at least six feet is not possible. Individuals under the age of four, individuals with trouble breathing, and individuals with a medical condition that prevents them from wearing a facial covering are exempt from this rule. All individuals alone in a space requiring facial coverings under this rule are not required to wear a covering unless and until another person outside that person’s household arrives at their location.

  • Special Coverages Tenant shall carry “Builder’s All Risk” insurance in an amount approved by Landlord covering the construction of the Tenant Improvements, and such other insurance as Landlord may require, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.

  • Window Coverings No curtains, draperies, blinds, shutters, shades, awnings, screens or other coverings, window ventilators, hangings, decorations or similar equipment shall be attached to, hung or placed in, or used in or with any window of the Building without the prior written consent of Landlord, and Landlord shall have the right to control all lighting within the Premises that may be visible from the exterior of the Building.

  • Dual Coverage No City employee or eligible dependent may be insured under more than one City medical, dental, or vision insurance plan. Employees whose spouses/domestic partners/children up to age 26 are eligible for medical insurance benefits through the City will share the costs of insurance as follows: 6.4.1 Employees Choosing the Same Plan – One spouse/domestic partner will be placed on the other’s medical, dental, or vision insurance, and the primary spouse/domestic partner will pay the appropriate premium cost for family coverage.

  • General Coverages All of Tenant’s Agents shall carry worker’s compensation insurance covering all of their respective employees, and shall also carry public liability insurance, including property damage, all with limits, in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.

Coinsurance and Deductible provisions do not apply to SupportPlus Coverage. ExamPlus Coverage We will reimburse You, if shown on the Declarations Page, for the Covered Expenses that occur during the Coverage Period subject to Policy limits and exclusion including, but not limited to, Coinsurance, Deductible and Annual Limit for physical examination; including costs and/or fees for telephone consultation; to diagnose a current covered Injury. This endorsement does not provide coverage for annual wellness office exams.

  • Spousal Coverage Any new Participants to the COG, after June 30, 2015, with working spouses who have the ability to be covered under an insurance plan through his/her place of employment, will be required to take his/her plan as their primary plan. This provision does not apply to a participant who had insurance with one COG employer and immediately thereafter, moved to another COG employer. If the spouse is required to pay forty (40%) percent or more of the premium with his/her employer, the requirements of this section shall not apply.

  • All Coverages Each insurance policy required in this item shall be endorsed to state that coverage shall not be suspended, voided, cancelled, reduced in coverage or in limits except after thirty (30) days' prior written notice by certified mail, return receipt requested, has been given to the Town. Current certification of such insurance shall be kept on file at all times during the term of this agreement with the Town Clerk.

  • Dental Coverage Each employee covered by this agreement shall be eligible to participate in the City's dental program.
