TO CREATE. AN EFFICIENT AND SMOOTH-RUNNING ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE In order to meet its ambitions, Inria must have an organisational structure that is efficient, and which runs smoothly, capable of getting staff on-board and ensuring the effectiveness of the work carried out in support roles. These form the backbone of the Institute and must be valued accordingly. Of course, Inria is also a research and innovation organisation, that relies on support services, enabling researchers and engineers, whether present long-term or only temporarily, to work as effectively as possible.
