To Third-Party Services. The Platform may provide you with access to certain Services developed, provided, or maintained by other third-party service providers ("Third Party Services"). In addition to the terms of this Terms of Use, your access to and use of any Third Party Services is also subject to any other agreement you may agree to before being given access to the Third Party Services (each, a "Third Party Service Agreement"). The terms of any Third Party Service Agreement (which may include payment of fees) will apply to the applicable Third Party Services provided under that Third Party Service Agreement in addition to the terms of this Terms of Use, but will not apply to any other Services you may access through the Platform. Except as set forth in this Terms of Use, the terms of any Third Party Service Agreement will control in the event of a conflict between the terms of this Terms of Use and that Third Party Service Agreement.

To Third-Party Services. The Platform may provide You with the choice to access certain Services developed, provided, or maintained by other third-party service providers ("Third Party Services"). In addition to the terms of this Agreement, Your access to and use of any Third Party Services is also subject to any other agreement You may agree to before being given access to the Third Party Services (each, a "Third Party Service Agreement"). Except as set forth in this Agreement, the terms of any Third Party Service Agreement will control in the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and that Third Party Service Agreement. Among the various Third Party Services that CaringCent utilizes, CaringCent works with Plaid to provide various Services to You. By accessing or using the Platform, Content, or Services, You expressly grant Plaid the right, power, and authority to access and transmit Your Content as reasonably necessary to provide the Services to You.
To Third-Party Services. The Platform may also provide You with the option, and use of certain Platform features may require You, to obtain access to services, content, functionality, software and other things developed, provided, or maintained by third party service providers (collectively, “Third Party Services”). All Third Party Services are provided by third parties and are not under the direction or control of FITCHIN. You acknowledge and agree that XXXXXXX shall not be liable or responsible, directly or indirectly, for Your access to or use of any Third Party Services, including any damages, losses, liabilities, failures, or problems caused by, related to, or arising from any Third Party Services. Your use of and access to any Third Party Services is solely between You and the third party provider of the Third Party Services. Your access to and use of any Third Party Services is subject to any additional terms, conditions, agreements, or privacy policies provided or entered into in connection with the Third Party Services (each, a “Third Party Agreement”). The terms of any Third Party Agreement (which may include payment of additional fees) will apply to the applicable Third Party Services provided under that Third Party Agreement but will not otherwise apply to Your access to or use of the Platform. Except as set forth in this Agreement, in the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and a Third Party Agreement, the terms of the Third Party Agreement shall control with respect to Your access to and use of any Third Party Services provided under that Third Party Agreement. This Agreement will continue to control in all other respects.
To Third-Party Services. Tradewinds may provide You with the ability to access services developed, provided, or maintained by third-party service providers through the Platform (“Third-Party Services”). Third-Party Services may integrate with, pull Content from, or add Content to the Platform, including Your Content. In addition to the terms of this Agreement, Your access to and use of any Third- Party Services is also subject to any other agreement You may agree to before being given access to the Third-Party Services (each, a “Third-Party Service Agreement”). The terms of any Third-Party Service Agreement will apply to the applicable Third-Party Services provided under that Third-Party Service Agreement in addition to the terms of this Agreement but will not apply to any other services or Content You may access through the Platform.

  • Third Party Services Any services required for or contemplated by the performance of the above-referenced services by the Administrator to be provided by unaffiliated third parties (including independent auditors’ fees and counsel fees) may, if provided for or otherwise contemplated by the Financing Order and if the Issuer deems it necessary or desirable, be arranged by the Issuer or by the Administrator at the direction (which may be general or specific) of the Issuer.   • Third Party Service Providers Unless otherwise prohibited by Apple in the Documentation or this Agreement, You are permitted to employ or retain a third party (“Service Provider”) to assist You in using the Apple Software and Services provided pursuant to this Agreement, including, but not limited to, engaging any such Service Provider to maintain and administer Your Applications’ servers on Your behalf, provided that any such Service Provider’s use of the Apple Software and Services or any materials associated therewith is done solely on Your behalf and only in accordance with these terms. Notwithstanding the foregoing, You may not use a Service Provider to submit an Application to the App Store or use TestFlight on Your behalf. You agree to have a binding written agreement with Your Service Provider with terms at least as restrictive and protective of Apple as those set forth herein. Any actions undertaken by any such Service Provider in relation to Your Applications or use of the Apple Software or Apple Services and/or arising out of this Agreement shall be deemed to have been taken by You, and You (in addition to the Service Provider) shall be responsible to Apple for all such actions (or any inactions). In the event of any actions or inactions by the Service Provider that would constitute a violation of this Agreement or otherwise cause any harm, Apple reserves the right to require You to cease using such Service Provider.

  • Third Party Software The Software may contain third party software which requires notices and/or additional terms and conditions.   • Reliance on Third Party Service Providers Each Party may allow Reporting Financial Institutions to use third party service providers to fulfill the obligations imposed on such Reporting Financial Institutions by a Party, as contemplated in this Agreement, but these obligations shall remain the responsibility of the Reporting Financial Institutions.

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.
