Toll Booth Operator. Toll Booth Operators collect cash, use cashless options such as credit cards/debit cards, disperse change, and issue receipts to motorists entering the parking lots for events held at OCCC. Toll Booth Operators may also be required to provide drivers with basic directions when asked by guests as they pay their parking fee. All Toll Booth Operators will work under the direction of an OCCC employee. Training: (2 Hours) Training shall include managing each type of register transactions including counting cash, making change, cashless transactions such as debit/credit cards and vouchers. Training shall also include managing standing for long periods of time, exceptional customer service, conflict resolution and handling stressful situations.
