Tolling Readiness Deadline. The Joint Board shall assess and TSP shall pay the following amounts per day Delay Liquidated Damages with respect to each day from and after the Tolling Readiness Deadline, if such deadline is not achieved, to and including the actual date of Tolling Readiness, but not to exceed 180 days, for TSP’s failure to achieve Tolling Readiness by the Tolling Readiness Date. Such amounts shall apply to each bridge affected and may be aggregated if multiple deadlines are not achieved. If the TSP has not achieved Tolling Readiness within 90 days after the Tolling Readiness Deadline, then in addition to continuing to assess Delay Liquidated Damages for up to an additional 90 days, the Joint Board shall be entitled to exercise all other nonmonetary remedies available at law or in equity with respect to such late performance as specified in Section 4.12.5.   • Deadline On-time submission requires that electronic applications be error-free and made available to SAMHSA for processing from the NIH eRA system on or before the application due date and time. Applications must be submitted to and validated successfully by Xxxxxx.xxx and eRA Commons no later than 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the application due date. Applications submitted in Xxxxxx.xxx after the application due date will not be considered for review. You are strongly encouraged to allocate additional time prior to the submission deadline to submit your application and to correct errors identified in the validation process. You are also encouraged to check the status of your application submission to determine if the application is complete and error-free.

  • Deadline Date The parties agree to enter into collective negotiation over a successor Agreement in accordance with Chapter 123, Public Laws of 1974 in good-faith effort to reach agreement on all matters concerning the terms and conditions of employee’s employment. Such negotiations shall begin not later than October 15 of the year preceding the year in which this Agreement expires. Any Agreement so negotiated shall apply to all employees, subject to ratification by the Association, be reduced to writing, be signed by the Board and the Association and be adopted by the Board.

  • Four Day Work Week Schedule i. When working under the four (4) day work week schedule, Employees shall be paid at double time (2x) the regular hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of the regular ten (10) hours per day Monday through Thursday.

  • Grant Completion Deadline The grant completion deadline is the end date of this Agreement set forth in Section 2 above. The Grant Completion Deadline is the date when all grant and matching funds have been paid out or incurred in accordance with the work described in the Scope of Work, detailed in the Estimated Project Budget. If the Grantee finds it necessary to request an extension of the Grant Completion Deadline, an Amendment to the Agreement must be executed as per Section 7, and the stipulations in Section 15 must be met.

  • Five Day Work Week Schedule When working under the five (5) day work week schedule, Employees shall receive one and one-half (1.5x) times their regular rate of pay for the first two (2) hours of overtime Monday through Friday. All other overtime Monday through Friday shall be paid at double time (2x).

  • Four Day Work Week 26 1. If a holiday falls on an employee's first or second scheduled day 27 off, the preceding work day will be observed as that employee's holiday, or the 28 employee may choose to bank the holiday leave hours.

  • Addressing Objections Raised During Public Comment Period The Parties agree that the procedure contemplated for public review of this Stipulated Order and the Regional Water Board’s or its delegate’s adoption of this Stipulated Order is lawful and adequate. The Parties understand that the Regional Water Board or its delegate has the authority to require a public hearing on this Stipulated Order. If procedural objections are raised or the Regional Water Board requires a public hearing prior to the Stipulated Order becoming effective, the Parties agree to meet and confer concerning any such objections, and may agree to revise or adjust the procedure and/or this Stipulated Order as necessary or advisable under the circumstances.

  • Delivery Period 6.1 The delivery period begins as soon as the Agreement has been entered into and all official formalities have been obtained or fulfilled, as the case may be. The delivery period shall be deemed to have been observed if the delivery has been made or the Purchaser has been notified that the deliverable is ready for shipment. Partial deliv- eries are permitted.

  • Additional Quantities For a period not exceeding ninety (90) days from the date of solicitation award, the Customer reserves the right to acquire additional quantities up to the amount shown on the solicitation but not to exceed the threshold for Category Two at the prices submitted in the response to the solicitation.

  • Initial Trunk Forecast Requirements At least ninety (90) days before initiating interconnection in a LATA, Emergency shall provide Verizon a two (2)-year traffic forecast that complies with the Verizon Interconnection Trunking Forecast Guide, as revised from time to time. This initial traffic forecast will provide the amount of traffic to be delivered to and from Verizon over each of the Interconnection Trunk groups in the LATA over the next eight (8) quarters.
