Toolkits. 7.1 All experienced staff are expected to provide their own basic toolkit appropriate to the duties they are carrying out. EIFS will arrange a suitable storage space in each location for these to be locked away during meal and rest breaks. At the main office and the workshop, EIFS keeps a stock of safety equipment for use at all venues. Employees are expected to use this equipment when guided to do so. 7.2 EIFS has obtained insurance cover for tools. The insurers have advised that they would be prepared to provide “All Risks” cover, anywhere in the United Kingdom, including “Transit”, for tools which are the property of Edinburgh International Festival Society or held by them in trust for which they are responsible, up to a limit of £1,000, but that “Theft” cover would be restricted to forcible and/or violent entry and/or exit from any building in the United Kingdom, and that the present policy excess would apply. Toolkits. Licensor grants Sprint a perpetual, fully paid-up, irrevocable, nonexclusive, transferable, worldwide right and license to modify the Toolkit to create a Developed Program. To the extent a Developed Program contains all or any portion of a Software Product or Toolkit component, Sprint agrees that any sublicenses to the Developed Program will contain terms and conditions at least as restrictive as those generally set forth in this Agreement and agreements that Sprint uses to protect its own property. Sprint retains all right, interest in and title to the Developed Programs. Licensor retains all right, interest in and title to any Software Product or Toolkit components contained in the Developed Programs.

Any software embedded in the equipment, Goods or hardware, including the firmware, is provided to the Local Government with a license to use this software, with all license costs and royalties being included in the Fee Schedule (Schedule C). All firmware will be the most recent version available at the time of shipping.

  • Antivirus software All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have installed and actively use comprehensive anti-virus software solution with automatic updates scheduled at least daily.

  • Technical Interfaces 3.2.6.1 The Interconnection facilities provided by each Party shall be formatted using either Alternate Xxxx Inversion (AMI) line code with Superframe format framing or Bipolar 8-Zero Substitution with Extended Superframe (B8ZS ESF) format framing or any mutually agreeable line coding and framing.

  • Devices BNY Mellon will restrict the transfer of Customer Data from its network to mass storage devices. BNY Mellon will use a mobile device management system or equivalent tool when mobile computing is used to provide the services. Applications on such authenticated devices will be housed within an encrypted container and BNY Mellon will maintain the ability to remote wipe the contents of the container.

  • Functionality Customer is entitled to additional functionality previously purchased or bundled with the software if available in the version or update released on or after the start date of the Agreement. Customer acknowledges that certain functionality in current and previous software versions may not be available in future upgrades. Added functionality may require additional paid services (clinical and technical) to configure and support.

  • Interface A defined set of transmission facilities that separate Load Zones and that separate the NYCA from adjacent Control Areas. Investor-Owned Transmission Owners.   • Computer Software The Grantee certifies that it has appropriate systems and controls in place to ensure that state funds will not be used in the performance of this Grant Agreement for the acquisition, operation, or maintenance of computer software in violation of copyright laws.
