Total Salary paid to the Teacher in a school year. Full-time Total Salary for that Teacher in that school year (rounded to the nearest first decimal place) Notwithstanding the formula set out above, a Teacher hired as a Teacher on or before October 31 of any school year during the term of this Agreement shall be credited with an amount of Teaching Experience equal to that which the Teacher would have received had the Teacher worked for the complete year.
