JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 18.01 A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.
Order Arrangements Customer may place orders with HPE through our website, customer-specific portal, or by letter, fax or e-mail. Where appropriate, orders must specify a service delivery date. If Customer extends the service delivery date of an existing Order beyond ninety (90) days, then it will be considered a new order.
Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply.
Labour Management Meetings The committee meeting shall normally be held every second month however, either party may call a meeting of the Joint Labour Management Committee. The meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement but no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the initial request, unless mutually agreed.
Financial Arrangements 18. The Commonwealth will provide an estimated total financial contribution to the States of $54.928 million in respect of this Agreement. All payments are GST exclusive.
Union/Management Meetings The Union Committee and the Senior Union Official of the Union, or her/his representative, shall, as occasion warrants, meet with the Committee on Labour Relations for the purpose of discussing and negotiating a speedy settlement of any grievance or dispute arising between the Employer and the employee concerned, including possible re-negotiations relative to this Agreement and the Schedules which are a part hereof. However, except for renegotiations of Agreements, these matters shall be introduced to such meetings only after the established grievance procedure has been followed. Grievances of a general nature may be initiated by a member of the Union Committee in step two of the grievance procedure outlined in Article 9.04.
EMPLOYEE-MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE 33.01 (a) An Employee-Management Advisory Committee (EMAC) shall be established within three (3) months of the signing of the Collective Agreement. The Union Representative shall provide the names of up to three (3) elected Employees and the Employer shall provide the names of up to three (3) appointed representatives to sit on the EMAC.
Labour Management Relations Committee 20.01 The parties recognize that a forum for ongoing discussions during the term of the Agreement can promote more harmonious labour relations between them.
Transitional Arrangements Seller and Purchaser agree to cooperate and to proceed as follows to effect the transfer of account record responsibility for the Branches:
Tax Arrangements 47.1 Where the Contractor is liable to be taxed in the UK in respect of consideration received under this contract, it shall at all times comply with the Income Tax (Earnings and Xxxxxxxx) Xxx 0000 (ITEPA) and all other statutes and regulations relating to income tax in respect of that consideration.
