Common use of Towers Clause in Contracts

Towers. An employee working on a chimney stack, spire, tower, radio or television mast or tower, air shaft (other than above ground in a multi-storey building), cooling tower, water tower or silo, where the construction exceeds fifteen metres in height will be paid for all work above fifteen metres - 53 cents per hour, with 53 cents per hour additional for work above each further fifteen metres.
