Town Supervision. The Contractor shall provide all Services with little or no daily supervision by Town staff or other contractors. Inability or failure of the Contractor to perform with little or no daily supervision which results in the Town’s need to allocate resources in time or expense for daily supervision shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and be subject to cure or remedy, including possible termination of the Agreement, as provided in this Agreement.
