Common use of Town’s Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Town’s Responsibilities. 1. Designate a single individual to act as its representative with respect to the services to be rendered under this Agreement. Such person shall have complete authority to transmit instructions, receive information, and interpret and define the Town's policies and decisions pertaining thereto within a reasonable time so as not to delay the services of ARRO.
