Traffic Control – Item No. B4 Reference: Special Provisions – General, Clause 13 Ontario Traffic Manual Book 7 – January 2014 OPSS.MUNI 706 The Contract price stated in the Tender Form for this Item shall be compensation for the following: • Supply and maintain traffic control and signing as specified in the Special Provisions – Genera, Clause 13 and OTM Book 7. • Submit detailed Traffic Control and Staging Plan / Traffic Protection Plan no later than two weeks prior to the commencement of construction activities and material deliveries. • Remove and reinstall or dispose, as applicable, existing roadway signage according to Subsection 706.07.02 of OPSS.MUNI 706. All reinstated signs shall be installed on new posts of same kind unless approval is granted by the Contract Administrator to re-use the existing post. All new posts shall be paid as part of the lump sum price for this Item. • Coordinate and communicate with abutting property owners to minimize impacts on use of and access to these properties. Payment at the Contract price for the above tender item shall be full compensation for all labour, equipment and material to do the work. Progress Payments shall be made on a pro-rated basis as work progresses.

  • Traffic Control The Surveyor shall control traffic in and near surveying operations adequately to comply with provisions of the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI which can be found on the State’s internet site. In the event field crew personnel must divert traffic or close traveled lanes, a Traffic Control Plan based upon principles outlined in the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI shall be prepared by the Surveyor and approved by the State prior to commencement of field work. A copy of the approved plan shall be in the possession of field crew personnel on the job site at all times and shall be made available to the State’s personnel for inspection upon request.

  • Contract Changes Changes may not be made in the terms and conditions of this contract without the agreement and written permission of the Director of Residence Life or the Director’s designee.

  • Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Capability The wind plant shall provide SCADA capability to transmit data and receive instructions from the ISO and/or the Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected, as applicable, to protect system reliability. The Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected and the wind plant Developer shall determine what SCADA information is essential for the proposed wind plant, taking into account the size of the plant and its characteristics, location, and importance in maintaining generation resource adequacy and transmission system reliability in its area.
