Staging Plan definition

Staging Plan means the plan established by Developer to identify the storage of construction equipment, supplies, and other staging issues for each Site set forth in Exhibit S (Staging Plan), as such plan may be amended with the written approval of PGCPS.
Staging Plan means the plan contained in Schedule 3.
Staging Plan means the plan in Schedule 2. Subdivision Certificate has the same meaning as in the Act. Vegetation Management Plan means the Vegetation Management Plan contained in the Land Dedication Requirements. Work means the physical result of any building, engineering or construction work in, on, over or under land under this Deed.

Examples of Staging Plan in a sentence

  • A Staging Plan delineating all material storage areas, loading areas, construction parking, and construction restrooms.

  • Such materials and equipment may be staged inside the construction fence, or areas designated by the Owner, but only consistent with a Staging Plan acceptable to the Owner.

  • Construction Parking and Staging Plan: Prior to issuance of any demolition and/or building permits the Owner agrees to prepare, submit, and obtain the City Manager’s approval of a demolition and staging plan for the project.

More Definitions of Staging Plan

Staging Plan means the plan in Schedule 7. Subdivision Certificate means a subdivision certificate as defined in section 6.4(d) of the Act. Subdivision Works Certificate means a subdivision works certificate as defined in section 6.4(b) of the Act.
Staging Plan means the staging plan attached as Annexure A.
Staging Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.7.

Related to Staging Plan

  • Training Plan means the plan that outlines what training and assessment will be conducted off-the-job and what will be conducted on-the-job and how the Registered Training Organisation will assist in ensuring the integrity of both aspects of the training and assessment process.

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

  • HUB Subcontracting Plan or “HSP” means written documentation regarding the use of subcontractors, which is required to be submitted with all responses to state agency contracts with an expected value of $100,000.00 or more where subcontracting opportunities have been determined by the state agency to be probable. The HUB subcontracting plan subsequently becomes a provision of the awarded Contract and shall be monitored for compliance by the state agency during the term of the Contract.

  • Operating Plan means a plan adopted or amended under this section for the development, redevelopment, maintenance, operation and promotion of a business improvement district, including all of the following:

The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Marketing Plan means a plan or system concerning a material aspect of conducting business. Indicia of a marketing plan include any of the following:

  • Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.

  • Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated April 2, 2010, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.

  • Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.

  • Project Implementation means all steps which the Grantee undertakes in order to deliver the Project which is being supported by funding provided under this Grant Contract. Any reference to UK primary legislation (Acts) or secondary legislation (Statutory Instruments) in this Grant Contract includes reference to any changes to or replacement of those Acts or Statutory Instruments.

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.
