TrAILCo Obligations. TrAILCo shall, at its own expense, operate, maintain and control the System Upgrade Facilities owned by TrAILCo, including the Transmission Facility, in a safe and reliable manner in accordance with this Agreement and the PJM Tariff.

TrAILCo Obligations. In accordance with applicable NYISO requirements, and subject to Appendix C, TrAILCo shall install and maintain satisfactory operating communications with NYSEG and NYISO. TrAILCo shall provide the equipment, labor and contract services and dedicated data circuit(s) necessary to provide TrAILCo data to NYSEG and NYISO in accordance with applicable NYISO and NYSEG requirements. The data circuit(s) shall extend from the Transmission Facility to the location(s) specified by NYSEG. Any required repair, replacement or maintenance of such communications equipment shall be performed by TrAILCo. Operational communications shall be activated and maintained under, but not limited to, the following events: system paralleling or separation, scheduled and unscheduled outages, equipment clearances, and hourly and daily load data. Prior to the Commercial Operation Date, satisfactory communications shall be in place, in accordance with this Article 8.1 and Paragraph B(2) of Appendix C.

  • No Obligations This Contract does not create any express or implied obligation that the City: i) reserve or create water or wastewater treatment capacity; ii) approve a permit or connection, which shall be granted only upon compliance with all requirements of law, including City Requirements; iii) offer utility services to any user within the Project; iv) provide a particular quantity. quality, or pressure for the water serving the Project; v) waive or not charge fees that are otherwise applicable pursuant to City Requirements; or vi) approve annexation of the Property or a particular zoning of the Property.

  • SAP OBLIGATIONS 3.1 Instructions from Customer. SAP will process Personal Data only in accordance with documented instructions from Customer. The Agreement (including this DPA) constitutes such documented initial instructions and each use of the Cloud Service then constitutes further instructions. SAP will use reasonable efforts to follow any other Customer instructions, as long as they are required by Data Protection Law, technically feasible and do not require changes to the Cloud Service.
