Trainee Goals. 1. The Employment and Contracting Policy requires that all design professionals (architects, engineers, planners, and environmental consultants) on contracts over $100,000, hire qualified BVHP Residents and then San Francisco Residents with First Consideration given to BVHP Residents as trainees.
