Training and Awareness. Enrollment Assister shall develop training and awareness programs for members of its workforce that create, collect, disclose, access, maintain, store, and use PII while carrying out any Exchange related functions. Enrollment Assister must require such individuals to successfully complete privacy and security training, as appropriate for their work duties and level of exposure to PII, prior to when they assume responsibility for/have access to PII.
