Common use of Training and Meetings Clause in Contracts

Training and Meetings. Employees that are required to attend meetings, training, etc. on regularly scheduled days off or other time off will be subject to overtime pay as outlined in Section 13 (OVERTIME) of the MOU and CMD #39. The City will provide employees with reasonable advance notice of training/meetings scheduled for employees’ days off.
