Common use of Training and Welfare Fund Clause in Contracts

Training and Welfare Fund. The Company shall pay the Union an amount equal to 1% of each Employee’s total gross earnings as a Training and Welfare Fee. The Company shall forward this payment directly to the Union on a weekly basis with a complete remittance breakdown.
