Training Instructors Incentive. A. Employees initially assigned to the Training Division shall receive fifty dollars ($50) per month until such time they receive their Instructors Certificate. The employee must be assigned for more than one-half of the month to qualify for this incentive. No partial payment shall be made for working one-half (1/2) or less of the calendar month.
