Common use of Training of Flight Directors Clause in Contracts

Training of Flight Directors. 01. All Cabin Personnel, appointed to the position of Flight Director, who, after having successfully completed their theoretical training period of a maximum of 18 months and will also successfully complete a practical training period of 225 hours. Every complete month of work represents 65 hours or the hours actually worked, whichever is greater. If the Flight Director in training does not complete the current month, the hours recorded are the ones actually worked, or 2 hours and 10 minutes per day on the payroll in this classification, whichever is greater. The Flight Director must be maintained in their position by the company until the end of their probationary period unless it is evident that the individual is not performing successfully.
