TRAINING, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION. 20.01 (a) Upon proof of payment from the Employee, the Employer shall pay the full cost of any course of instruction [technical, vocational or correspondence], all reference books, course materials and tutoring required by the Employer for Employees to be certified to perform their jobs, specifically trades, maintenance, Power Engineering or building operator certifications; and Workplace skills including English language (as provided by the Employer).
