Sub Pay. Sub custodians to the District shall be paid at the starting custodian rate in accordance with Appendix A attached. The District reserves the right to allow placement at a higher level based upon prior experience.

Sub Pay. When an employee that is certified to substitute as a classroom teacher and who has agreed to do so for the current school year is asked to act as a substitute teacher, they will receive the following amounts above their daily rate for one full day or above their daily rate for one half (1/2) day. One full day is defined as more than 3.5 hours and a one half (1/2) day is considered to be less than 3.5 hours.   • Shift Pay Each full-time employee scheduled to work on any shift commencing after 9:00 a.m. shall be paid a shift premium of seventy- five cents ($0.75) per hour for all hours worked by him/her on that shift and overtime hours worked in continuity with such shift. Shift premiums payable under this provision shall not be included as part of the employee’s regular pay for purposes of computing overtime pay.

  • Court Pay (1) When an off-duty member is subpoenaed to court and so reports, the member shall be paid or credited a minimum of four (4) hours at the member's appropriate rate of pay, unless the court clock-out time is within one-half (½) hour of the beginning of the member’s tour of duty or later. In the latter case, the member shall be paid at a rate of time and one-half (1½) for all hours worked up to the starting time for that tour of duty.

  • Merit Pay It is the parties’ intent to not simultaneously provide employees with both: a) the wage premiums referenced in Subsection A of this Agreement, and b) an above-top-step merit premium program. Therefore, existing bargaining units with employees which have eligibility for above-top-step merit pay as provided under KCC 3.15.020(C)(3) and as administered under the King County Performance Appraisal and Merit Pay System under their appendix, that have elected as a group to be covered by the Merit Pay System, are not eligible for longevity-merit pay under Subsection A of this Agreement; however, such bargaining units have elected to forgo above-top-step merit for their members who are part of the Coalition in order for those members to be eligible for the longevity-merit pay under Subsection A of this Agreement. This provision would give employees who are covered by these administrative support coalition negotiations the option of: a) continuing to receive above-top-step merit pay they have access to under their respective bargaining unit’s existing collective bargaining agreement, or b) receiving the wage premium under Subsection A of this Agreement.

  • Xxxx Pay We will process xxxx payment transfer requests only to those creditors the Credit Union has designated in the User Instructions and such creditors as you authorize and for whom the Credit Union has the proper vendor code number. We will not process any xxxx payment transfer if the required transaction information is incomplete. We will withdraw the designated funds from your share draft account for xxxx payment transfer by the designated cutoff time on the date you schedule for payment. We will process your xxxx payment transfer within a designated number of days before the date you schedule for payment. You must allow sufficient time for vendors to process your payment after they receive a transfer from us. Please leave as much time as though you were sending your payment by mail. We cannot guarantee the time that any payment will be credited to your account by the vendor.   • Co-Payments Effective January 1, 2020, the State Dental Plan will cover allowable charges for the following services subject to the co- payments and coverage limits stated. Higher out-of-pocket costs apply to services obtained from dental care providers not in the State Dental Plan network. Services provided through the State Dental Plan are subject to the State Dental Plan's managed care procedures and principles, including standards of dental necessity and appropriate practice. The plan shall cover general cleaning two (2) times per year and special cleanings (root or deep cleaning) as prescribed by the dentist.

  • Lead Pay Any employee assigned as lead shall receive two dollars and twenty-five cents ($2.25) per hour over the regular hourly rate of pay.
