Training Rates of Pay for Existing Operators Breaking in on Existing and New Routes Operators who take additional training when they transfer to other transit centres where they did not receive training or to train for new transit routes will be paid the applicable rate of pay as provided for in this Agreement. Upon request from an employee, and where the Training Department recommends that additional training is required, the Employer shall determine when the employee will be scheduled for training purposes.

Related to Training Rates of Pay

  • Rates of Pay Employees will be paid in accordance with the rates of pay negotiated by the parties of this agreement. The applicable rates of pay are recorded as Appendix A (Wage Grid) of this agreement.

  • Parking Rates A. For the term of this Contract, the parties agree that the State may increase parking rates in existing owned or leased lots, in urban congested areas, no more than $20 per month above the current rate, charged to employees in specific locations where they park. Congested urban areas are areas such as Sacramento, San Francisco Bay, Fresno, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, and San Diego areas. Every effort shall be made to provide employees sixty (60) days but no less than thirty (30) days notice of a parking rate increase. The State shall not increase rates for existing parking lots where employees do not currently pay parking fees. Rates at new lots administered or leased by the State will be set at a level comparable to rates charged for similar lots in the area of the new lot, e.g., rates for open lots shall be compared to rates for open lots, rates for covered parking shall be compared to rates for covered parking.

  • Period of Payment 12.10.1 Accident pay does not apply in respect of any injury during the first 5 normal workings days of incapacity.
