Common use of Training Seminar Clause in Contracts

Training Seminar. Effective 1/1/06: The Employer agrees to pay up to two (2) Xxxxxxx’x or an employee appointed by the Union per store, two (2) days of pay at the employee’s base wage rate, not to exceed eight (8) hours per day, one time per calendar year.
