Common use of Transfer clause Clause in Contracts

Transfer clause. (a) An employee of the Employer shall not be transferred to another city, to another Osprey Media LP newspaper or to any other division of Osprey Media LP without his consent. If he accepts such a transfer, all transportation and other moving expenses will be paid by the Employer. If he declines, he shall not be penalized nor precluded from further transfer opportunities.
