Transfer Credit Appeal. If a transfer student perceives that the terms of the CAA have not been honored, he or she may follow the Transfer Credit Appeal Procedure as outlined in Appendix E. Each UNC and community college institution will provide a link to the Transfer Credit Appeal Procedure on its website.
Transfer Credit Appeal. If a transfer student perceives that the terms of the ECAA have not been honored, he or she may follow the Transfer Credit Appeal Procedure, as outlined below in “Regulations and Procedures, Section F.” Each UNC and community college institution will provide a link to the Transfer Credit Appeal Procedure on its website.
Transfer Credit Appeal. If an RN to BSN student perceives that the terms of the RNBSNTC have not been honored, he or she may follow the RN to BSN Transfer Credit Appeal Process as outlined in Appendix D. Each signatory NCICU campus and community college nursing program covered by this agreement will provide a link to that Appeal Process on its web site.
III. Regulations
Transfer Credit Appeal. AATP/ASTP students who perceive that the terms of the Articulation Agreement have not been honored may follow the AATP/ASTP Transfer Credit Appeal Process as outlined in Appendix D.
Transfer Credit Appeal. If an AFAVA to BFA AA student perceives that the terms of the AFAVA to BFA AA have not been honored, s/he may follow the AFAVA to BFA AA Transfer Credit Appeal Process as outlined in Appendix D.
Transfer Credit Appeal. If an AE to BSE student perceives that the terms of the AEBSETC have not been honored, he or she may follow the AE to BSE Transfer Credit Appeal Process as outlined in Appendix D. Each university and community college engineering program covered by this agreement will provide a link to that Appeal Process on its web site.
Transfer Credit Appeal. If an AFA Theatre to BA Articulation Agreement student perceives that the terms of the AFA Theatre to BA Articulation Agreement have not been honored, the student may follow the AFA Theatre to BA Articulation Agreement Transfer Credit Appeal Process as outlined in Appendix C. The AFA Theatre to BA Articulation Agreement establishes the procedures governing the transfer of credits for students who graduate from North Carolina Community College AFA in Theatre programs and apply to BA Theatre programs at UNC institutions. The Agreement does not address admission to a specific institution or BA program within an institution.
Transfer Credit Appeal. Participating institutions shall follow the same procedures for determining allowable transfer credit from an SDBOTE program to an SDBOR program. If an RN to BSN student believes a participating institution has not honored the terms of this agreement, and seeks to appeal, the student shall follow the RN to BSN Transfer Credit Appeal Process as outlined in Appendix D. Each participating institution in this agreement shall provide instructions for the appeal process on its website.
