Common use of TRANSFER OF EMPLOYEES TO NON-BARGAINING Clause in Contracts

TRANSFER OF EMPLOYEES TO NON-BARGAINING. UNIT POSITIONS - If an Employee is transferred to a position within the school district which is not included in the bargaining unit, the Employee shall accrue up to one (1) year of seniority while working in the non-bargaining unit position and upon returning to a bargaining unit position, the Employee shall receive credit for the seniority he/she accrued as a member of the bargaining unit. Employees transferred under the above circumstances shall retain all rights accrued for the purpose of any benefits provided for in this Agreement.
