Transfer of Jurisdiction and Control. State and Agency agree that upon approval of a Jurisdictional Transfer Resolution by the Oregon Transportation Commission (OTC), jurisdiction and control of the land described in Exhibit A and shown on Exhibit B, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof (such land hereinafter referred to as “Unit A”), shall vest in State; and that State shall control, operate and maintain Unit A as a part of its State Road System.

Related to Transfer of Jurisdiction and Control

  • Retention of Jurisdiction Notwithstanding the entry of the Confirmation Order and the occurrence of the Effective Date, the Bankruptcy Court shall retain exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising out of, or related to, the Chapter 11 Cases and the Plan pursuant to sections 105(a) and 1142 of the Bankruptcy Code, including jurisdiction to:

  • Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law (1) The place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from this Master Agreement and the individual agreement is Kassel, Germany. Disputes shall be ruled on by ordinary jurisdiction.

The competent court for all disputes arising from this contract with enterprises as defined in Art. 1 of the Consumer Protection Act is Vienna 1020. In accordance with Art. 14 of the Consumer Protection Act, the competent court for claims against consumers is that of the consumer’s residence, habitual abode or place of employment.

  • Law and Place of Jurisdiction This Pact is subject to Indian Law. The place of performance and jurisdiction is the seat of the BUYER.

  • Governing Law; Venue and Jurisdiction THIS DPA WILL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF THE LEA, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAW PRINCIPLES. EACH PARTY CONSENTS AND SUBMITS TO THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION TO THE STATE AND FEDERAL COURTS FOR THE COUNTY OF THE LEA FOR ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS DPA OR THE TRANSACTIONS CONTEMPLATED HEREBY.
