Common use of Transfer of Services Clause in Contracts

Customer may not sublicense, assign, delegate or otherwise transfer its receipt of Services under this Agreement to a third party without Compute North’s written consent in its sole discretion. Compute North shall not under any circumstance be deemed to be providing any Services to any third party for or on behalf of Customer.

Transfer of Services.
