Seniority & Postings. The Company shall post a Company seniority list on bulletin boards every six (6) months and shall mail a copy of this list to the Union when the list is posted and after any corrections are made. Any seniority corrections should be made in writing to human resources.

  • Seniority 10.1 Seniority shall be defined as an employee's uninterrupted length of continuous service as a bargaining unit member. Each employee’s seniority date shall be computed from his/her first workday on the job as a bargaining unit member. Substitute employees shall not accumulate seniority and are not subject to any of the terms of this Agreement.

In the event that any Public Lender has determined for itself to not access any information disclosed through the Platform or otherwise, such Public Lender acknowledges that (i) other Lenders may have availed themselves of such information and (ii) neither Borrower nor Administrative Agent has any responsibility for such Public Lender’s decision to limit the scope of the information it has obtained in connection with this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Other Perquisites During his employment hereunder, Executive shall be afforded the following benefits as incidences of his employment:
