Transfer of Sick Leave from Other Agencies. Unused sick leave accrued in California public elementary schools, secondary schools, community colleges, or County Offices of Education, may be transferred in accord with Education Code Section 88202. Official verification of unused sick leave should be forwarded to the Office of Personnel Services, where it will be credited to the employee’s sick leave balance.
