Transfer of Team Members Out of the Bargaining Unit. ‌ The Company agrees to endeavour to maintain the job security of its team members and, for the purpose of carrying out this article, the Company agrees that it will consult with the Union as soon as the Company is aware of any decision which will result in the transfer of team members of the Company to any other company. Where such transfers occur, those transferred team members will be recognized as in service applicants when applying for regular positions for a period of one year from the effective date of the transfer. Team members may apply for included positions as an internal applicant.
