Transfer to another course. 20.1 The University College will always try to support you to enrol and study on a course which best suits your needs, aspirations and circumstances and we have provision for you to request a transfer to a different course of study. However transfer cannot be guaranteed, and there may be academic or resource constraints which mean this is not possible. This may particularly be the case should you wish to transfer to another institution. Transferring to another course may also have implications for any funding you may receive, or for your visa status if you are studying on a Tier 4 visa.
