TRANSFERS TO ANOTHER BUILDING OR REASSIGNMENT. 1. If the District intends to involuntarily transfer an employee to another building, the Superintendent will first discuss the matter with the employee before the transfer is finalized. Reassignment shall be defined as an involuntary change to newly assigned classes or grade level requiring a different endorsement than the one for the classes that are currently being taught by that teacher; or requiring fifty percent (50%) of a teacher’s assignment to change to an assignment that they have not taught in the last three years.
