Common use of TRANSGENDER POLICY Clause in Contracts

TRANSGENDER POLICY. CONTRACTOR shall establish a written Transgender Policy, 37 which shall be reviewed and approved by ADMINISTRATOR. The policy shall include, but not limited 2 1. Admission 3 2. Housing arrangement 4 3. Bathroom privacy 5 4. Drug testing 6 N. MEDICATION POLICY – CONTRACTOR shall establish a written Medication Policy, which 7 shall be reviewed and approved by ADMINISTRATOR. The policy shall include but not be limited to 8 the securing, handling, and administration of medication(s) prescribed to the Client. The policy shall 9 address Medications that are prescribed for substance and mental health disorders and medications 10 disallowed by CONTRACTOR. Clients shall be allowed to have Medications during their stay with the 11 program, and/or to have the ability to get refill(s).

The Such policy shall 9 8 address Medications medications that are prescribed for substance and mental health disorders and medications 10 9 disallowed by CONTRACTOR. Clients Participants shall be allowed to have Medications medications during their stay with the 11 program, 10 and/or to have the ability to get refill(s).
