Common use of TRANSGENDER POLICY Clause in Contracts

TRANSGENDER POLICY. CONTRACTOR shall establish a written Transgender Policy, 15 which shall be reviewed and approved by ADMINISTRATOR. The policy shall include, but not limited 16 to, the following: 17 1. Admission 18 2. Housing arrangement 19 3. Bathroom privacy 20 4. Drug testing 21 M. MEDICATION POLICY – CONTRACTOR shall establish a written Medication Policy, which 22 shall be reviewed and approved by ADMINISTRATOR. The policy shall include but not be limited to 23 the securing, handling, and administration of medication(s) prescribed to the Client. The policy shall 24 address Medications that are prescribed for substance and mental health disorders and medications 25 disallowed by CONTRACTOR. Clients shall be allowed to have Medications during their stay with the 26 program, and/or to have the ability to get refill(s).
