Transit Service Interconnection Facilities. The costs of Interconnection Facilities used to deliver Sprint-originated Authorized Services traffic between a Point of Interconnection at an AT&T 9-State Switch and the POI at which AT&T hands off Sprint originated traffic to a Third Party who is indirectly Interconnected with Sprint via AT&T, are recouped by AT&T as a component of AT&T’s Transit Service per minute of use charge. AT&T shall not charge Sprint for any costs associated with the origination or delivery of any Third Party traffic delivered by AT&T to Sprint.

AT&T requests all carriers to establish direct end office trunks (DEOTs) at a DS1 threshold, which is the threshold it uses to determine when AT&T must establish DEOTs itself.
