Transition Period and Commencement of Services. It is the intention of CDT and Owner that the services described in this Paragraph 4 shall commence on January 1, 2022. Dur- ing the Transition Period commencing on November 1, 2021, CDT and Owner will work cooperatively for an orderly transition of the management and supervision of the Centers to CDT.

  • Transition Period Due to the nature of our purchasing process, the District often requires an existing service provider to continue to provide goods and/or services while the District is in the process of advertising, evaluating, and awarding a contract for the provision of the same goods and/or services in the future.
