Transitional provisions11. 13.1. As from 24 months after the official date of entry into force of UN Regulation No. 149, Contracting Parties applying this Regulation shall cease to grant approvals to this Regulation.

Final provision 1. This Agreement shall be deposited with the Secretary General of the ASEAN Secretariat who shall promptly furnish a certified copy thereof to each Member State.
