Translation of Non-English Documents. In many cases, documents containing child information will not be in English. As a courtesy to AP, Xxxx will make reasonable efforts to provide AP with documents translated into English, along with copies of the non-English documents. AP is encouraged to make independent arrangements for translation of the non-English documents. The provisions of the DISCLAIMERS/RELEASES section of this agreement specifically apply to any translated documents, whether the translation was performed by Xxxx staff, affiliates, or otherwise.

If available, AP will receive the non-English documents. AP is encouraged to make independent arrangements for translation of the non-English documents.   • Translation This permission is granted for non-exclusive world English rights only unless your license was granted for translation rights.
