PLEASE READ THIS NEXT SECTION CAREFULLY Although there will be circumstances when it is appropriate to seek parental consent, children’s data protection and privacy rights are their own. What Will Happen After We Receive Your Letter When we receive your letter, we must do two things:
Enforcement of the Agreement The parties hereto agree that irreparable damage would occur if any of the provisions of this Agreement were not performed in accordance with their specific terms or were otherwise breached. It is accordingly agreed that the parties shall be entitled to an injunction or injunctions to prevent breaches of this Agreement and to enforce specifically the terms and provisions hereto, this being in addition to any other remedy to which they are entitled at law or in equity.
PRINTING OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT 33.01 Provided the parties execute the Collective Agreement within sixty (60) days of the ratification of the Memorandum of Agreement, the parties shall share on a 50/50 basis the cost of printing and distributing of such agreements to the appropriate bargaining unit and management staff. The sixty (60) day time period may be extended by mutual agreement.
Review of the Agreement Any amendment or review of this Agreement shall be by agreement in writing and in compliance with section 7.5 of the Act.
