Usage Report definition

Usage Report means a periodic report generated by CSP and/or Distributor for a specific End User. The Usage Report may be sent or made accessible to the CSR for forwarding to the End User, indicating the actual level of Cloud Services usage during a given time period and may serve as a basis for the invoicing and payment of any Overage Fees or usage based Fees in accordance with any applicable, additional requirements or Documentation.

Usage Report means the report provided by MSP Reseller to MSP Distributor each month that provides the total number of Users, as applicable, to which MSP Reseller provided the Product or Service during such month Information included within the report shall consist of a minimum of the following: (i) the Product or Service, (ii) the MSP End Customer, company or individual’s name (iii) the number of Users serviced for such MSP End Customer, (iv) the date service began for such Users, (v) the city/state/zipcode and country where the MSP End Customer is located, as more fully set forth herein under Appendix II and which is incorporated by reference herein as if fully set forth at length.

Usage Report has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6.

• Vendors shall report all green items procured during the monthly reporting period using the Usage Report that will be provided to the awarded Vendor(s).

Usage Report means a report provided monthly and annually that includes usage data from each required and authorized service provided in the Scope of Work. The type of usage to be reported and due dates of reporting shall be provided in the Scope of Work.
