TRANSPORT CONTRACT. When entering into the transport contract the agent shall have the power: a) to select the carrier it considers most suitable; and b) to agree to the conditions that it considers most appropriate within the limits set by the assignment. In all cases it is agreed that, unless otherwise provided in written agreements between the principal and the agent, the transport contract shall be performed from station to station with a full train according to a normal or special schedule.

TRANSPORT CONTRACT a contract concluded by the consignor or consignee of the cargo for the carriage thereof via the agreed route. For the purpose of these conditions, a contract organising the transport or any other contract for handling of the goods in connection with the transportation of the insured transportation shall also be regarded as a transport contract.

  • Export Control This Agreement is made subject to any restrictions concerning the export of products or technical information from the United States or other countries that may be imposed on the Parties from time to time. Each Party agrees that it will not export, directly or indirectly, any technical information acquired from the other Party under this Agreement or any products using such technical information to a location or in a manner that at the time of export requires an export license or other governmental approval, without first obtaining the written consent to do so from the appropriate agency or other governmental entity in accordance with Applicable Law.

  • Transportation Transportation expenses include, but are not limited to, airplane, train, bus, taxi fares, rental cars, parking, mileage reimbursement, and tolls that are reasonably and necessarily incurred as a result of conducting State business. Each State agency shall determine the necessity for travel, and the mode of travel to be reimbursed.

  • Export Controls Both Parties will adhere to all applicable laws, regulations and rules relating to the export of technical data and will not export or re-export any technical data, any products received from the other Party or the direct product of such technical data to any proscribed country listed in such applicable laws, regulations and rules unless properly authorized.

  • Export Control Laws The Company has conducted its export transactions in accordance in all material respects with applicable provisions of United States export control laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Export Administration Act and implementing Export Administration Regulations.

  • Customer Agreement In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any other agreement between the Bank and the Customer relating to the Account, the terms of this Agreement will prevail, and in all other respects the terms of the other agreement relating to the Account shall apply with respect to any matters not covered by this Agreement. Regardless of any provision in any such agreement, the State of New York shall be deemed to be the Bank’s location for the purposes of this Agreement and the perfection and priority of the Secured Party’s security interest in the Account.

  • Supply Agreements For a period of three years from the consummation of the IPO, Odetics shall not unilaterally terminate or assign its guarantee obligation with respect to any supply agreement pursuant to which it has guaranteed the performance by ATL of ATL's obligations, unless such suppliers have consented to the termination or assignment of such guarantee.
